All materials including but not limited to checklists, slides, templates, spreadsheets, logos, graphics, and video presentations are the sole intellectual property of Super Profit Club / Sumit Gupta. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal viewing. No content may be copied, redistributed, recorded, or sold without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Super Profit Club, Sumit Gupta, or their associates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential trading losses or financial damage incurred by you in connection with the use of the training material, website, or dynamic tools. You trade and invest at your own discretion and risk.
6. Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional and respect-driven community environment. During live events, Q&As, or support chats, any form of abuse, unsolicited advertising, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate expulsion from the webinar and suspension of future registrations without notice.
